We use internet technology to enable you to register with us simply and quickly but we are still here to help you when you need us. You can phone our office during normal working hours and our customers benefit from our 24 hour emergency helpline.


Why have an Au Pair?Au Pairs can be an ideal childcare solution for busy families. An Au Pair helps at busy times of the day and can also do some housework. Parents can then spend more quality time with their children. Please note that an Au Pair is not suitable to have sole charge of children under the age of 2.

Government Funding
The government provides the Childcare Approval scheme. Your Au Pair could be eligible to register as an Approved Child Carer if they complete basic childcare training and first aid training, and you could then be eligible to claim government funding. For more information please got to:
